Refund policy

At Redlands Fresh Flowers, we take great care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality blooms. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once flowers have been delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the concern. We will assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Variations may occur due to seasonal availability. Substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided at the time of ordering may result in additional delivery fees.
