Redlands Fresh Flowers

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Redlands Fresh Flowers via our website, phone, social media, or in-store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the Terms outlined below.


1. About Us

Redlands Fresh Flowers is a florist business providing fresh flowers, arrangements, gifts and related products for delivery and pickup.


2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

Redlands Fresh Flowers reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock availability, incorrect pricing, or delivery restrictions. If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be provided.


3. Product Availability & Substitutions

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, specific blooms may not always be available.

If a flower or colour is unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, theme and quality of the arrangement.

Please note: Flowers are natural products and variations in colour, size, and shape may occur.


4. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas. Delivery fees and delivery windows are provided at checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver within the requested timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

If no one is available to receive the order, we may:

  • leave the flowers in a safe place (where appropriate), or

  • contact the recipient/customer for further instructions.

Redlands Fresh Flowers is not responsible for the condition of flowers once delivered if the delivery location is unattended or unsafe.


5. Incorrect Delivery Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

If incorrect details are supplied and delivery is unsuccessful, additional delivery fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


6. Cancellations & Changes

As flowers are prepared fresh and often made to order, cancellations or changes are only possible if requested before the order has been prepared.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


7. Refunds & Quality Concerns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

If you are unhappy with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • change-of-mind purchases

  • minor natural variations in flowers

  • issues reported after 24 hours

  • damage caused after delivery due to heat, lack of water, or mishandling


8. Care Instructions

Flowers require proper care to ensure longevity. Basic care instructions are provided with orders where possible.

Redlands Fresh Flowers cannot guarantee flower longevity once delivered, as this depends on factors outside our control (temperature, handling, water, placement, etc.).


9. Personal Messages & Card Notes

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of card messages submitted with their order.

We are not responsible for spelling or message errors entered at checkout.


10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during ordering is used only for processing orders, delivery, and customer support.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to complete delivery or comply with legal obligations.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Redlands Fresh Flowers website and social media — including images, branding, designs, and text — remains the property of Redlands Fresh Flowers and must not be copied or used without written permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Redlands Fresh Flowers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


13. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
