At Redlands Fresh Flowers, we take great care to ensure your blooms arrive fresh and beautifully presented.

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery to selected suburbs within the Redlands and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within the requested date and time-frame; however, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery windows may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

During busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and public holidays, deliveries may occur at any time between 8am and 6pm unless otherwise arranged.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

Unattended Deliveries

If the recipient is not home, flowers may be left in a safe and shaded location where possible. If no safe location is available, we may contact the recipient or customer to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Redlands Fresh Flowers is not responsible for flowers once delivered and left in a safe place as requested.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Re-delivery fees will apply if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied.
